I circled 15 charms I wanted and only some of them are on my iSPY Case?

Abi Todd holds creative direction for all phone cases, this product is an artistic creation with the customers preferences and selections in mind. This is not a build your own phone case website.

Cases won’t feature every single charm you select due to unique stock type and high volume of custom orders. I will always include charms you select directly and will pull from your survey add-ons, Case description, and colors for the rest.

What is the timeline on this process?

Cases take about 3-4 weeks to create from order date. 

You can expect me to reachout with charm bunches for you to circle 5-15 favorites from 1-5 business days after the order was placed.

How do I best take care of my case?

Wear and tear on your ISPY Case is similar to any other phone case. You can clean any yellowing or dust on the case using a Q-Tip, warm water or isopropyl alcohol. The resin is water-resistant so feel free to give it a gentle hand wash. 

What if a charm falls off or fades?

Charms are sourced mainly from dissembled thrift store jewlery. Therefore i cannot guarantee the quality of metals and am not responsible for faded metals and or charms that break after three weeks. Althought its not typical, hold on to any charms and easily reattach using super glue. 

Refund Policy

No refunds, however cases can be returned within the first three weeks for repairs with no shipping costs. After three weeks, customers are always eligible for free repairs but are responsible for shipping costs. A Bit Odd Art is not responsible for incorrect phone case size orders or wear and tear causing fading of charms.
