Circling more than the instructed amount of charms will result in the artist selecting which circled charms to put on the case. 90% of the charms you select are guaranteed to be included. Charms you did not directly circle will also be included.
Couldn't load pickup availability
NO REFUNDS- Due to the custom-made nature of the product no refunds are available after a case has gone into production. A Bit Odd Art holds creative direction for custom cases but always prioritizes client selections. Phone case care guide included.
